The Faithlete 40 Challenge was created to push anyone who is willing to better themselves and ready to create beneficial change in their life to follow 7 rules for 40 consecutive days. It takes 21 days to create or break a habit. Where will your faith and focus take you in 40 days?
FAITHLETE 40 CHALLENGES
RULE #1: WAKE UP BEFORE 7:00 AM
Get your day started right by waking up early. Everyone has 24 hours in the day, don't waste the time you have. Get more done each day by starting your day earlier.
RULE #2: MAKE YOUR BED
Start your day with an ACHIEVEMENT! This will become part of your moring routine.
RULE #3: SAY A PRAYER
Talk to God and connect with Him everyday. You can pray for others or pray for guidance to start.
RULE #4: EXERCISE FOR 1 HOUR
Everyday get 1 hour of exercise in. This hour does not have to be in the gym. This hour inIcludes hiking, yoga, walking, etc.
RULE #5: FOLLOW A HEALTHY DIET
We are given ONE body and its our duty to take care of it. Creating a healthy diet will give you more energy and help you reach the goals you have for your fitness.
RULE #6: DRINK A GALLON OF WATER
A gallon is 128 fl oz. approximately 7 water bottles.
RULE #7: READ OR LISTEN TO PODCEST FOR 30 MINUTES
Take these 30 minutes out of your day to better yourself or learn something new.
